My Venn Diagram

Here is my Venn Diagram about education. It shows similarities and differences between past and present education.

My Speech Reflection

How well did I do with my speech?

My speech topic was about we should have a tuck shop at school.

My voice was loud and clear.

I stood still.

The hardest part of speeches was standing in front of the whole class.

I am proud of myself because I got my speech over and done with.

Next time I will try and have more eye contact.

I got chosen to go into the school speech finals, I was really happy but at the same time I was nervous.

My poem

I sing , I dance
I play, I jump
but be careful just in case you get a lump
I hop, I skip
but be careful you might pop
I slide, I glide
but be careful you might cry
I run, I scoot
I like to move and improve

The extreme adventure

One day Leenas and her father Solo went for a walk to the most famous Zoo ever! The Zoo was called the Zooker Zoo!!!

Once Leenas and solo entered the Zooker Zoo they went straight to the Kangarooz. But once they got there, there was this huge sign, it said sorry there are no Kangaroos on display, the all have escaped!! but if anyone finds them and captures them there is a reward.

“I wonder  where they are and where they've gone”said Leenas. “hmmm I wonder as well” said Solo. They thought for a long time. All of a sudden at the corner of leena's
eye she saw two kangaroos  bouncing around. They rushed to where the kangaroos were heading. It seemed that the kangaroos were heading towards the picnic area. Leenas and her father ran as fast a they could to the kangaroos, but by the time they reached the picnic area they were too late. The kangaroos already bounced off. “I know what we can do” said Leenas. “What” said Solo. “We can capture it with our equipment” “Ummm can’t we just”, but before Solo could finish saying his sentence Leenas was already out of the picnic area.

They rushed  home, grabbed everything they needed. They had special  equipments to help them capture the kangaroos  and a big bag full of food.
They both dressed up like warriors.  They called themselves the samurais. They both were wearing black clothes.

Out they went hunting for the kangaroos. The weather was so hot that Leenas and Solo were sweating like pigs. It has been 20 minutes with no sign of the kangaroos. Leenas and Solo were so hot that they fell asleep. Next minute they both felt someone hitting them on the face with something soft like cushions. It was the kangaroos. The kangaroos were hitting them with boxing gloves.

Leenas and Solo jumped up and started to fight back. “Come on Leenas you fight the one with the blue gloves and tackle them down while I take out this buddy. “Ok” said a voice behind the bush, it was Leenas the kangaroo pushed her into the bush.

All of a second it was silent as anything, the kangaroos looked at each other, next minute you could hear a banging noise. It sounded like someone or people were fighting. The sound came from the backyard. It was Leenas and one of the kangaroos. They were fighting. Bang,Bang Boosh thats all you could here. Suddenly the noise stopped the kangaroos went flying into the bushes.

Leenas and Solo went as fast as they could to the front and grabbed their special net.
The net was yellow and had special traps on the net, they were like tennis balls.

Leenas quickly ran back to the backyard and chucked the net onto the kangaroos and the kangaroos fell down. They were hurt a little but not seriously. As the day continued Solo rang the Zoo keepers of Zooker Zoo. Solo said “Umm we would like to talk to the Zoo keepers of Zooker Zoo please” “ Yes i’m one of the Zoo keepers what would you like me to do” said the Zookeeper Me and my daughter Leenas have captured the two kangaroos and we will like you to come and pick it up” “HOORAY shouts the Zookeeper, how did you find it and captured it” “Well its a long story” replied Solo. “Alright i’m on my way”

When the Zookeeper arrived he ask “Now where are the kangaroos” “Oh they are trapped in that net right there” said Solo. So the Zookeeper,Solo and Leenas went with the Zookeeper to help get the kangaroos into the truck.

“Here are your prizes” said the Zookeeper. The prizes were a big stack of free Zoo tickets, a Zookeeper drink bottle, lunch box, mini boxes and a Zooker Zoo t-shirt.

“Thank you so much” said Leenas. As the truck went past Leenas and Solo waved and said goodbye.

“We will remember this day that we had the biggest adventure”.
